Clients must wash eye area with mild cleanser prior to application. Use of eye makeup removers containing P.E.G. (polyethylene glycol), propylene glycol, or any other glycol-based ingredients will result in failure of lashes to bond.
Clients may use NON-waterproof mascara ONLY. Use of waterproof mascara will cause lashes to come loose. Repeated use of even water soluble mascara may shorten the life of the lashes.
Use eye creams sparingly and avoid lash/lid area. Careless use of eye creams and moisturizers can result in a shorter life span for EyeCandy™ Lashes.

To maintain your Lashes, we recommend Relash appointments every two to three weeks. Much like acrylic nails, eyelash extensions require "fills" as your natural lashes grow out and shed. You can choose from four different Relash levels:
*TIP: Never pull the lashes from your lids, as you may pull your own lashes out or rip your skin.*
~Home care tips~
There are certain things you must do at home to prevent your Lashes from falling off prematurely. The first 24 hours are critical. This is when your eyelashes extensions are bonding to your natural lashes. You can extend the life of your Lashes by not showering, washing your eyes, tanning, applying creams or lotions to the eye area, applying mascara or other eye makeup, touching your lashes, using saunas, hot tubs or steam rooms, swimming, exercising, wearing your contacts, and sleeping on your lashes during this time.
After the first 24 hours, there is less need to adjust your lifestyle. However, your eyelash extentions will last longer if you don't touch your lashes excessively, use oil-based products on your face, wear a lot of mascara or other eye makeup, sleep on your stomach or side, and/or frequently expose your lashes to heat sources (steam rooms, tanning salons, saunas, hot tubs, hot yoga classes, etc.).
~lash adhesives~
This adhesive's primary ingredient is the same formula used by plastic surgeons in the United States for sutureless wound closure. Note: Some clients may experience slight redness or sensitivity in the eyes during or after an application with HP-Ultra. These symptoms are typically mild and last less than 24 hours.
~lash removal~
To remove eyelash extensions, She uses Adhesive Remover. This gentle formula quickly and easily removes eyelash extenions' and most other eyelash extension adhesives without harming your natural lashes. The remover is a medical grade formula containing antibiotic agents.
Instructions:
Only remove one lash at a time. Apply very little amount of remover solution on microbrush. Wipe off excess remover. Press the microbrush with another microbrush so both brushes are dry-wet (slightly damp, but not saturated). Hold the lashes that need to be removed between the two brushes. Gently and slowly brush lash few times. Let remover set for approximately 10-20 seconds. Use brush to remove the unwanted lash. Clean Lashes with warm water and pat dry. Do not allow remover solution to contact other lashes or get in to eyes or contact skin.
