The Yoga Room

 

Located in the Julia Morgan Center in Berkeley, The Yoga Room offers a wide range of classes and workshops in Iyengar-style yoga. Based on the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar, author of Light on Yoga, this method emphasizes basic principles of movement and alignment, and develops flexibility, strength and body awareness. With a staff of highly experienced teachers, The Yoga Room has provided quality instruction in yoga since 1978.
